Policies:

  1. Color matching extensions:

    We would love to help you color match for your clients, but do keep in mind we would be doing our best to match through the photos emailed. At the end of the day color matching is up to you and your client. Inquire about our color ring, for the perfect match every time.

  2. Coloring extensions:

    Our extensions can be colored to give a custom blend for clients and we highly recommend it, however we do not recommend highlighting or lifting the hair at all as it may impact the cuticle.

  3. Carrying our products:

    If you are a licensed stylist and wish to carry Manely Beauty extensions within your salon please email us regarding how to do so.

  4. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand needing to reschedule but please do so with enough time for us to rebook our stylist! If you do need to cancel within the 24 hour window your appointment is subject to a $25 cancellation fee

  5. No Show Policy No shows will result in a fee of 75% of the service booked as we can not rebook our stylist and they have lost revenue on their book! Please call or text if there is an emergency and you can no longer make your appointment.

  6. Our SMS texting policy No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  7. Terms & Conditions By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., describe: appointment reminders/cart alerts) from Manely Beauty
